You'll receive personalized support to build a strong board of directors, effectively manage your finances, and create an infrastructure that appeals to funders. We’ll walk you through the essential processes of reporting for grants, applying for government contracts, and navigating SAM.gov to access federal funding opportunities. You will be taught how to become grant-ready, increasing your chances when applying for grants and contracts. We provide guidance on human resources, staffing, and volunteer recruitment. Our coaching also covers program development and risk and compliance management, ensuring you have a well-rounded approach to building your nonprofit. While direct grant writing isn't included, I will help you identify potential grants and review your grant drafts to improve your chances of success.
