Recordings you make with SOS Housing staff or team may be used for marketing purposes, to improve our products and services and toprovide personalized content recommendations, language and location customization, and/or personalized help and instructions. To ask you to participate in surveys about products, services, news and events. Offering you product upgrades, content, services and other training courses for you to purchase. Providing you with content, services, instructions, and a more personalized experience based on personal information, such as your language preferences, zip/postal code, country locations, and any content or other preferences you provide. Providing you with news, free newsletters, updates, targeted advertising, promotions, and special offers. To better understand how our products are used, including Web traffic patterns and what types of content are most popular with users of our products and services, providing anonymous reporting for internal and external partners. Live Event Recordings:

All events that are live are normally recorded and streamed. When you purchase of any live service from SOS Housing you are releasing us from any and all liability and providing automatic permission for SOS Housing to use your likeness and/or photographs film, digital or video, with a worldwide transferable and irrevocable license for the purpose of promoting other events, services, products or documents for marketing and advertising purposes of social media use, educational use, press coverage, website, course or product use. Any recordings are the property rights of SOS Housing.

OPT OUT:

Should you not want your recordings used for these purposes, please submit in writing via U.S. Mail to SOS Housing, 46167 Highway 74, Palm Desert, CA 92260 or by sending an email to Felicia@soshousing.org. Please provide all your personal information, the details of what you want to revoke permission for that we are using. Please note there is no guarantee that we will be able to remove your recordings especially if they are part of a group participation recording. We will try our best to meet your wishes but please understand it is not always possible. SOS Housing also reserves the right to use at their discretion any of your recordings even after the request to remove has been submitted by the participant. We will do our best to refrain from using your recordings in a group setting. However please understand it is not always possible. Please be sure to carefully read this Privacy Policy
