This is a mini coaching session designed to help you develop a strategy for building your shared housing business or to improve and expand your existing one. Take advantage of our experts' insights and receive the personal attention you need. This conversation is completely confidential and free of judgment. I am here to support you and help you succeed. I served as the Executive Director of a nonprofit I founded and grew to over a million-dollar operation. I have housed over 40,000 people, with 220 beds at 90% occupancy on any given night. I led 20 staff members and volunteers during my tenure. I founded a network of more than 100 community organizations where we had monthly presentations to help us grow personally and professionally. I can help you with anything related to shared housing, group homes, nonprofits, grants, or other funding sources. We can develop a strategy to fill beds in your house.
