Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with your Group Home Coach.

PAYMENTS

All payments must be made in full prior to any consulting sessions taking place. Once you have made payment, you will receive a copy of this agreement, along with a receipt for the payment of this consultation session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your Consultant fails to give you 48 hours prior notice of any cancellation, you will be entitled to 1 extra hour of mentorship in addition to the session you missed. We require a minimum of 48 hours prior notice of any cancellation of any coaching sessions. This can be made directly through the contact details given in this pack. If you do not provide a minimum of 48 hours prior notice, you may lose that session, and no refund will be made. Any rearranged canceled sessions will be at a time mutually agreed upon between you and the Expert Consultant.

REFUND POLICY

All contracts are binding and there are absolutely no refunds. Once you have received our work product you have benefited from  our services whether  they help you or not.  I do not offer refunds on coaching/mentoring services. I am here to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that is requiring a commitment from you that you are fully invested in your coaching package, once we spend our time with you, we can't get it back. It is to YOUR benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing your package and committing to work with me that I am the right coach for you. If you’re in, you need to be 100% in, just as I will be for you

 

Because all e-Books, forms, documents, courses and classes are accessible and downloadable immediately after the purchase, we DO NOT offer refunds or cancellations.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without reason by using our site, you automatically consent to our online privacy policy and terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without reason. No refunds will be given if we choose to terminate the contract due to the behavior of a client.
