These terms and conditions form part of your agreement when purchasing products or services from SOS Housing dba Shared Housing Consulting. 

PAYMENTS: All payments must be made in full before any consulting sessions, or you have access to our digital products. Once you have made payment, the payment is consideration of our services or product and a contract is formed binding you to these terms and conditions. 

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may reschedule your original consulting appointment up to two times with good reason to be determined by the expert consultant you have scheduled your appointment with. If you do not attend your virtual appointment after 3 scheduled times, we have the right to refuse further service, and no refund will be issued. 

REFUND POLICY: All contracts are binding, and there are absolutely no refunds. Once you have received our work product, you have benefited from our services whether they help you. Absolutely no refunds will be given on any of our digital products or consultation services. Please be prepared for your consultation appointments. Because all e-books, forms, documents, courses, and classes are accessible and downloadable immediately after the purchase, we DO NOT offer refunds or cancellations. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without reason. No refunds will be given if we choose to terminate the contract due to the behavior of a client.
